Can I pledge using PayPal?
Kickstarter doesn’t support PayPal directly, but we are partnered with BackerKit and will send everyone a survey link after the campaign ends. From this, you will be able to upgrade your pledge using additional payment options, including PayPal.

Can I have more information on voice acting in this game?
All the main characters in the game (including the protagonist Arue) are fully voiced in Japanese. The full list of voice actors is as follows:

Will the English version of the game be cut or censored in anyway?
We always aim to have the games we release be as close to their originals in content as possible while implementing the English translation. We have never censored the games we release in any way.
Chuusotsu - 1st Graduation is originally an all-ages game, and does not have a 18+ version. Our release will be the same in that regard.
Rather than cutting, we aim to improve games we release in every way possible. For a visual novel like Chuusotsu, this would mean things like Steam integration (achievements, Steam Cloud, Steam overlay, Steam Trading Cards), adding more resolution options, and so on.

Can I get the Japanese version as well from this Kickstarter?
The game will be released in dual language and you will have the choice to play it with English or Japanese texts. Both versions will feature Japanese voice acting.

Can I buy the Collector’s Edition later?
We will produce the limited edition based on the number of orders. There will likely be some leftover stock that we may distribute in one way or another, but when it runs out, that’s it. The limited edition is going to be extremely limited in number.

How can I add these add-on’s to or change my pledge?
To make changes to your pledge, simply click “Manage My Pledge” on the top right corner of the Campaign tab. You can also choose to change what tier you are backing in this view as well as adding more funds to your pledge without changing it.
Please do not forget that the physical Collector’s Edition add-on is only available to backers of $50 tier and above and Poster & Wall Scroll addons are only available to backers of $75 tier and above.

Will the game have Steam Trading Cards?
Yes! All of our Steam releases have Steam Trading Cards, and so will Chuusotsu. Look forward to some cute emoticons and backgrounds.

Q: Will item X be available later?
A: We will produce all the limited goods (including the Collector’s Edition) based on the number of orders. There will likely be some leftover stock that we may distribute in one way or another, but when it runs out, that’s it. All the goods in the campaign are going to be extremely limited in number. We estimate at the moment that only 100 copies of the Collector’s Edition will be made.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
